Social media and AI‑assisted content : Social content with a clear direction.

We plan topics and formats, produce the content and check what works on your channels. AI helps with variants and analysis; people decide on direction, tone and what gets published.

For whom
For businesses that post regularly but without a plan, and can’t tell which content makes a difference.
What the work can include
Channel strategy, an editorial plan, creating and testing formats, and analysing the results.
Stages
Diagnosis → Plan → Implementation → Measurement → Next iteration

When this helps

Signs your social media needs a plan

  • We post regularly, but we don’t know which posts actually do anything for us.

  • Every post gets written at the last minute, with no plan and no consistent voice.

  • We’ve tried writing with AI, but it comes out generic and we end up rewriting it from scratch.

Scope

What the work can include

Depending on your goal and what’s already working, the work may include:

Channel strategy
Choosing the channels that make sense for your business: who they reach and what role they play in your wider marketing.
Editorial plan
Topics, formats and posting rhythm agreed in advance, with room for whatever comes up along the way.
Content creation
Copy, visual concepts and scripts for short‑form video. AI helps prepare variants.
Format testing
We compare topics, formats and opening lines to learn where to focus.
Working with AI and quality control
We write down where AI helps with content work, which rules apply and who signs off each piece before it’s published.
Analysis and insights
A regular summary of what worked, what we learned and what we’re changing next.

Note: The exact scope is agreed after the diagnosis. Comment moderation and community management, photo and video production, and budget for promoting posts aren’t included by default. If you need them, we’ll discuss them separately.

Stages

How we work on content

  1. Diagnosis

We review your current channels, content, audience and available statistics. We agree what your social media needs to achieve for the business.

  2. Plan

We choose the channels, core themes, formats, tone and posting rhythm. We also decide how we’ll measure progress.

  3. Implementation

We produce content to the plan and pass it on for approval before it’s published.

  4. Measurement

We gather data from your channels and compare it with the goals set at the start.

  5. Next iteration

We build on the formats that work, improve the weaker ones and update the plan.

Outcomes

What you get and how we track progress

Possible deliverables

  • a channel strategy and a description of your tone of voice
  • an editorial plan for an agreed period
  • content ready to publish
  • rules for working with AI and a quality checklist
  • a regular results summary with recommendations

Measures we use

  • progress against the goals agreed for each channel
  • quality of engagement: comments, messages, sign‑ups – not just likes
  • website traffic and enquiries coming from social media – provided tracking is set up correctly

Measures are agreed separately for each project. We don’t promise a specific reach or follower count, because both depend on your industry, budget and starting point.

Questions

Questions about social media and content

How do you use AI without letting content quality slip?

AI helps with gathering information, drafting copy variants and organising ideas. Before publication, a person reads and edits the material, checking the facts, the brand voice and the fit with the plan. We agree at the start who on your side approves content.

Do you run our profiles day to day, including replying to comments?

That depends on what we agree. Moderation and community management call for a different way of working from planning and creating content, so they aren’t included by default. If you need them, we’ll discuss it during the diagnosis.

Which channels do you work with?

We choose channels based on where your audience is and what your communication needs to achieve. Rather than starting from a list of platforms, we start by asking why your business should be in a given place at all. We suggest specific channels after the diagnosis.
