Human thinking. New tools.

At Kejt.agency, marketing experience comes first, and AI helps us with analysis and repetitive work. Decisions are made by people who know your business.

Approach

What our work rests on

  1. Human strategy

Goals, messaging and direction are set by people who know your business and talk to you. Strategy doesn’t come from a template.

  2. AI‑assisted execution

AI helps with analysis, drafting variants and repetitive tasks. That leaves people free to focus on judgement, conversation and decisions.

  3. Data‑informed decisions

We treat significant pieces of work as hypotheses to test. We measure the result, record what we learned and use it to plan the next step.

Accountability

Who makes the decisions

Decisions are made by people – on our side and on yours. AI can make suggestions, but it doesn’t decide.

  • We set goals, priorities and budget together with you, and you have the final say.

  • On our side, a named person is responsible for strategy and messaging.

  • Tasks have an owner, a deadline and acceptance criteria.

  • Who approves publishing, campaign changes and roll‑outs is written down at the start.

The role of AI

What AI does – and what it doesn’t

We treat AI as a working tool. It doesn’t do the thinking for us.

What AI does – and what it doesn’t
AI helps us with: AI doesn’t replace people when it comes to:
analysing data and spotting patterns setting goals and priorities
drafting variants of copy, headlines and concepts decisions about publishing, budget and changes
organising source material, notes and reports judging quality and brand fit
repetitive tasks that can be safely automated talking to you and understanding the context of your business

AI helps us with:

  • drafting variants of copy, headlines and concepts
  • organising source material, notes and reports
  • repetitive tasks that can be safely automated

Quality control

How we check quality

Quality doesn’t depend on whether a person or AI wrote the first draft. It depends on who checks it, and how.

  1. Brief and criteria

Before we start, we write down the goal, the audience and the acceptance criteria. Both sides know what ‘done’ looks like.

  2. Fact‑checking

We verify facts, figures and names at the source. We treat AI output as a draft to work on.

  3. Editing and brand fit

A person checks the tone, the language and how well it follows your brand guidelines.

  4. Approval

Publishing and launches are signed off by a named person on your side. Day‑to‑day changes, such as campaign settings, stay within limits agreed with you.

  5. Post‑launch review

We check whether the result matches what we set out to achieve, and record the lessons for next time.

Plain speaking

What we won’t promise

We’d rather say this at the start than explain it a few months in.

  • guaranteed Google rankings or citations in AI answers
  • a specific increase in sales, return on ad spend or number of enquiries before the diagnosis
  • automating everything – some work should stay in human hands
  • results without access to data and without someone involved on your side
  • overnight results where the work needs to be steady and systematic

Let’s see if we’re a good fit

Tell us about your business and your challenge. In the first conversation, we’ll work out together whether – and how – we can help.
