SEO and GEO : Visible where people look for answers.
We improve your site’s structure, content and technical foundations so search engines can find it more easily and AI systems can make better sense of it. We work on classic SEO together with generative engine optimisation (GEO).
- For whom
- For businesses that don’t show up in search, and whose website doesn’t say plainly what they do.
- What the work can include
- Technical foundations, site structure, expert content, structured data and visibility monitoring.
- Stages
- Diagnosis → Plan → Implementation → Measurement → Next iteration
When this helps
Signs your site is hard to find
-
Customers search for what we do, but the results show our competitors.
-
We run a blog, but our search traffic has barely moved.
-
We keep hearing about AI‑powered search and don’t know whether our site is ready for it.
Scope
What the work can include
Depending on your goal and the state of your site, the work may include:
- Technical and indexing audit
- We check whether search engines can see and correctly index your important pages, and what gets in their way.
- Search intent map
- The questions and phrases your customers search with, mapped to specific pages.
- Structure and internal linking
- A site layout that makes clear what matters most and guides people between related content.
- Expert content
- Briefs and copy that answer customers’ real questions: specific, fact‑checked and up to date.
- Structured data
- Markup that matches what’s visible on the page and helps search engines understand your business and your offer.
- Monitoring
- A regular review of indexing, queries and traffic – and, where data is available, of your presence in AI answers.
Note: The exact scope is agreed after the diagnosis. Code changes on a specific platform, link building from other sites and paid monitoring tools aren’t included by default. If you need them, we’ll discuss them separately.
Stages
How we work on visibility
-
Diagnosis
A technical audit plus a review of your content and search data, if you have access to it. We look at what customers search for and how your site answers.
-
Plan
We set the order of work: first whatever is blocking visibility, then the structure and content that matter most for your offer.
-
Implementation
Technical fixes, structural changes, new and updated content, structured data.
-
Measurement
We track indexing, queries, search traffic and the conversions that traffic brings.
-
Next iteration
We update content, expand the topics that bring valuable traffic and respond to changes in search engines.
Outcomes
What you get and how we track progress
Possible deliverables
- an audit report with a list of priorities
- a search intent map assigned to pages
- recommendations on structure and internal linking
- content briefs or finished copy
- structured data – implemented, or specified ready for implementation
- a regular visibility report with conclusions
Measures we use
- the number of indexed pages that matter for your offer
- search queries and visits related to your offer
- conversions from organic traffic
- presence in AI answers – only where reliable data is available
No one can guarantee rankings in search results or citations in AI answers. We measure what can be measured reliably and are open about what can’t be known.
Questions
Questions about SEO and GEO
How does GEO relate to SEO, and what can actually be measured?
SEO is about visibility in traditional search results. GEO, or generative engine optimisation, is about whether AI systems understand your site and can draw on it when they generate answers. The foundations are shared: useful content, a well‑organised structure and a site that search engine crawlers can access. Indexing, queries and traffic can be measured reliably; presence in AI answers only partly, because the available data is limited.
Do you guarantee citations in AI answers or the top spot on Google?
No. Neither rankings nor citations by AI systems can be guaranteed – they’re decided by algorithms that no one outside the search engine directly controls. What we can do is remove technical obstacles and prepare content that answers your customers’ questions well.
When can I expect results?
We don’t give a timeline up front, because it depends on the state of your site, your competition and the scope of the changes. Technical fixes and new content take effect at different speeds. That’s why the plan includes checkpoints where we review progress together.
