Digital marketing and AI

Marketing that moves with your business.

We combine marketing experience with AI to analyse data, create content, test ideas and build on what works. Your social media, campaigns, website and search work towards one goal, and we track progress against measures agreed with you.

The starting point

Scattered activity isn’t a system

Many businesses already have social media profiles, ad campaigns and a website. The trouble starts when each of them runs on its own.

  1. Every channel pulls in a different direction

Social media, ads and the website are handled by different people with different goals. Nobody is looking at the whole picture.

  2. Enquiries arrive in fits and starts

A busy spell, then silence. It’s hard to tell what brought people in and what’s worth repeating.

  3. The website doesn’t explain what you offer

Traffic reaches the site, but visitors can’t tell exactly what you do or what to do next.

How it connects

Each service has a job here, from someone’s first contact with your business to the lessons that go into the next plan.

  1. Attract

    • Social media and content
    • Paid campaigns
    • SEO and GEO

People find you through social media, ads and search. Content and campaigns share one goal and one set of measures.

  2. Convert

    • Websites and platforms
    • Paid campaigns

Your website explains the offer in plain words and leads people to get in touch or buy. We review landing pages together with the campaigns that send traffic to them.

  3. Automate

    • AI adoption

Where tasks keep repeating, we look at whether automation or AI would help. An automation we put in place has an owner and a checkpoint.

  4. Learn

    • Social media and content
    • AI adoption
    • Paid campaigns
    • Websites and platforms
    • SEO and GEO

Test results and channel data go back into the plan. We use them to decide where to put more time and budget, and what to switch off.

How we work

The same rhythm in every area

Whichever area we start with, we go through the same four steps.

  1. Diagnosis

We get to know your business, your offer and your customers. We review your channels, your website and whatever data we can access.

  2. Priorities

We pick the few actions that matter most for the goal. We write down the scope, who is responsible and how progress will be measured.

  3. Implementation or pilot

We put the plan into action. New ideas are tested on a small scale first.

  4. Review and improvement

We go through the results: what worked, what we learned and what we’re changing. That becomes the next plan.

People and AI

Where AI helps and where people decide

We use AI where it makes the work easier. Responsibility for direction, quality and decisions stays with people – ours and yours.

People are responsible for:

  • the goals and priorities of our work together
  • strategy, messaging and creative direction
  • judging quality and brand fit
  • deciding what we publish, test and change

AI helps with:

  • reviewing data and spotting patterns
  • drafting copy variants and ideas to test
  • organising notes, briefs and reports
  • repetitive tasks that can be safely automated

Note: Material drafted with AI is checked by a person before it reaches you or goes live.

What a 90‑day plan can look like

A diagnosis can end with an action plan for the coming quarter. It sets out the priorities, the timeline, who owns what and how progress will be measured.

Sample structure

90‑day plan

  • Starting point

    • the business goal for the coming quarter
    • current channels, website and available data
    • the main problems and constraints
  • Priorities

    • a few actions chosen for this period
    • the reasoning: why these and not others
    • an owner for each action, on both sides
    • what we’re deliberately leaving for later
  • Timeline

    • days 1–30: preparation and first launches
    • days 31–60: testing and adjustments
    • days 61–90: building on what works
  • Measurement

    • agreed measures for each goal
    • data sources and how to read them
    • a baseline to start from
  • Reviews and decisions

    • dates for joint results reviews
    • a test log: hypothesis, result, conclusion
    • a decision after every test: keep going, adjust or stop
Fig. 1. This is a sample document structure, with no client results. What goes into a real plan depends on the diagnosis and on your goals.

Questions

Common questions

Where does a project start?

With a conversation about your goals and where your business stands, followed by a diagnosis: we review your channels, website and available data. Based on that, we propose priorities and the scope of the first stage. For your first message, a few sentences about what you want to change are enough.

Do I have to use all five services?

No. You can start with one area, such as your campaigns or your website. If it turns out the problem lies somewhere else, we’ll tell you and suggest a change. The decision on scope is yours.

How do you use AI?

AI helps us analyse data, prepare content variants and handle repetitive tasks. Direction, quality control and decisions stay with people, and material drafted with AI is read by a person before it’s published.

How do you tell whether the work is paying off?

At the start, we agree what we’ll measure and where the data will come from – for example, the number of qualified enquiries, the website’s conversion rate or the time a task takes. We go through the results together at review meetings and adjust the plan accordingly. We don’t promise specific numbers before the diagnosis, because they depend on your market, budget and starting point.
